There are a lot of good reasons for using a private aircraft when flying your pet rather than going with commercial airlines. You may think that it is a crazy idea but if you take into consideration of the following, it may persuade you.

Size

Whether you like it or not, airline seats are shrinking and it becomes harder to bring your pet in the aircraft’s cabin.

If your pet bigger than 12 inches and over 15 pounds, then it’ll definitely need to fly in a cargo hold, which would vary on airline.

Embargoes

During summer season, temperature can easily reach more than 84 degrees Fahrenheit on runway. A lot of airlines are not accepting pet as a cargo or a checked baggage. During winter season though, airlines are not going to transport your cat or dog in the event that the temperature has fallen below 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pets that are Travelling with You

Majority of the airlines are limiting a 1 to 1 ratio. Meaning, 1 passenger can bring 1 pet in the cabin. So, if you have several pets or if the pets have to travel unaccompanied, then they ought to be checked in either as a cargo or a baggage.

Luckily, none of this is going to happen if you travel via private charter.
